Contracting with Third Parties through the Website

The User acknowledges and agrees that any relationship with other parties posting ads or third parties contacted through this Website, in particular the sale of goods or services, will be carried out solely and exclusively between the User Member and the Advertiser and/or third party. Services involving transaction (payment) between suppliers and buyers directly through the platform

Users, whether they are suppliers (Supplier) or buyers (Buyer) can conclude a sale / supply contract stipulated between them as part of a system of distance selling through telematic tools, concluded through the platform dstores.com

The transaction referred to in the previous paragraph ends with the buyer accessing the GroupBuy service, where, following the procedures indicated, he will proceed with the purchase of goods; 

Both (suppliers and buyers) following the specific indications will make effective the sale of the goods, with the complete execution of the passages.

To conclusion of the order, there will be the notice of the good result with the recapitulation of the carattersitiche of the order is to the buyer that to the supplier. 

The Supplier will provide to deliver the selected and ordered products, with the modalities chosen from the Buyer or indicated on the web site at the moment of the offer of the good 

Shipping costs, transport and any other additional charges are borne by the buyer.

The Supplier is responsible for the damage caused by defects of the goods sold. 

The Buyer undertakes to pay the price of the goods purchased in the time and manner indicated by the service.
